Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening an established practice, there is a place for you here.
Slow, grounding posture work with full breathwork guidance. The perfect foundation for any practice — leave feeling settled and open.
Breath-led movement sequences that build heat, stamina and fluidity. Dynamic enough to challenge you, mindful enough to restore you.
Spring-resistance training on our studio Reformers. Builds deep core strength, improves posture and lengthens muscles with precision.
Guided pranayama and seated meditation to calm the nervous system. A quiet hour that ripples into the rest of your week.
I founded Still & Strong in 2018 after a decade of teaching across London, Bali and the Scottish Highlands — and, ultimately, falling in love with the quiet, determined spirit of Leeds.
I hold a 500-hour certification across Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin traditions, and I trained in somatic movement and trauma-informed teaching with the Minded Institute in London. I believe that the greatest transformations happen not in the peak of a pose, but in the quality of your attention on the way there.
Still & Strong is a studio built on slowness, curiosity and community — a space where you never need to be further along than you are today.
All classes run weekly. Drop-in bookings welcome up to 24 hours in advance. Members book freely through the app.
All times are GMT. Class sizes are intentionally small — book early to secure your spot.
"I came to Still & Strong after a difficult year, not knowing what to expect. Three months later, I sleep better, move better, and feel more like myself than I have in years."
"The Reformer Pilates classes have completely transformed my posture and how I feel at my desk all day. Sophie is brilliant — she notices everything and makes every adjustment feel safe."
"The Sunday slow flow is the highlight of my week. The studio is beautiful — calm, light, never intimidating. I always leave feeling like I gave myself something genuinely good."
Your first class is free — always. After that, choose what works for your life.
Concessions available — please get in touch. We believe movement should be accessible to everyone.
A full day of practice, stillness and nourishment set in the grounds of the beautiful Harewood Estate. We will move through morning Vinyasa as the dew lifts, share a long breath-and-body workshop through midday, and settle into a restorative Yin session as the afternoon softens.
A plant-based lunch prepared by local chef Nell Hartley, plus morning tea and evening cocoa, is included. Spaces are limited to 18 participants so that every person leaves feeling truly held.
Questions about a class, a membership, or simply want to say hello — drop us a message and we will reply within 24 hours.
